Important Course Information- In order to maintain the pace of this content-rich 5-day course, it is strongly recommended that you complete the pre-course preparation which includes approximately 20 hours of reading. The reading materials (Learning Tree Precourse Study Guide and Managing Successful Programmes 2011 Edition) are shipped to you prior to your training course.
