Course Content

This five-day course is designed to help students prepare for Cisco CCNP® certification. The TSHOOT course is one of three components in the CCNP curriculum. TSHOOT is designed for network engineers with at least one year of professional work experience and who are ready to advance their skills and work independently on complex network solutions. Students will learn to (1) plan and perform regular maintenance on complex enterprise routed and switched networks and (2) use technology-based practices and a systematic ITIL-compliant approach to perform network troubleshooting. Extensive labs provide for hands-on learning and reinforce troubleshooting skills. Completion of this course prepares you for Cisco Exam 642-832. Passing this exam, along with Exam 642-902 and Exam 642-813, will earn you the Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) certification. This course has extended hours.

Prerequisites

CCNA certification is required prior to taking this course. See Course 2801 (ICND1) and Course 2802 (ICND2) for CCNA exam preparation. Experienced networking professionals can consider Course 2803, an accelerated format of ICND1 and ICND2 in one class.
